The April 15th and 16th Core Trainings are POSTPONED.

 

We are currently planning on holding trainings with strict limits on attendance. However, we are investigating additional options, including alternate delivery options.

 

You can still Pre-Register for any event. We will keep all registrants apprised of any changes.

This farmer-focused event features Adam Daugherty and Lloyd Murdock. Adam will share "why's" in his journey assisting producers into dynamic managers of higher functioning ecological production systems. Lloyd will share how productivity of fragipan soil can be improved with annual ryegrass.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED. This training provides a foundation for understanding cropping systems that can lead to improved soil health and the implications of practices such as tillage, cover crops, adaptive nutrient management, and integrated pest management.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED. This training provides a foundation for understanding how cover crops can be incorporated into Midwestern cropping systems, including considerations for potential changes in nutrient and pest management.
CCSI-SARE Basics of Soil Health Training

REGISTRATION REQUIRED. This training was designed to provide a connection between traditional soils science courses and soil health concepts.
3-Day Soil Health Training
August 25 - 27
Beck Agricultural Center, 4550 US-52, West Lafayette, IN 47906, USA
REGISTRATION REQUIRED Attendees will learn to teach others about soil health, its importance and diagnosis, along with practices to improve soil health. Soil pit observations and other soil health demonstrations will be taught.
CCSI-SARE Advanced Cover Crops

REGISTRATION REQUIRED. This training provides opportunities to build applied cover crops knowledge and skills. Topics are selected based upon training needs and in-season concerns.
