About the Event
CCSI-SARE Introduction to Soil Health is a very basic course designed to provide a general understanding of soil health systems and the fundamentals of crop production. This training is geared toward newer staff and ag professionals, especially those who have not taken an undergraduate soils science course and those who do not have a background in agriculture.
The course will be held over one 3-hour virtual session.

Inherent and dynamic soil properties
Principles of Soil Health
Basic Soil Health Indicators
